This property, dating back to the 1800s, is in the picturesque town of Castellina Marittima. When first built it was the main farm in the area and the focal point for all the local farmers who brought their wheat and grapes to be processed. In fact, the old press that was used for pressing the grapes is still in the garden and the cellar, which has since been converted into a restaurant, was used to store the wine.

The house can be accessed both from the main square and from the garden.

Continuing down the corridor you come to the second entrance, with stairs leading directly down to the 140 sq.m. garden through the large porch. The garden also includes an outhouse.

The restaurant is for sale at an additional price of €150,000. It was fully functioning until 2020 and has an outside area for dining.
